Pack Essential:
  - Sleeping bags or bedding (only mattresses are provided)
 
  - Recommend bringing a chain saw or bow saw in case there are fallen branches or downed trees on the road to camp
 
  - Car battery jumper cables
 
  - Flashlights
 
  - Maps for hiking
 
  - First-aid kit
 
  - Food and special utensils or appliances
 
  - Essential toiletries and cleaning supplies - no cleaning products that contain bleach
 
Electric Vehicles:
  - There are no electric vehicle (EV) chargers at camp.
 
  - Ensure your vehicle is charged prior to driving up the mountain.
 
  - Prior to confirming your reservation and submitting payment, notify the Camp President or Registrar of your intent to charge an EV during your stay at camp.
 
  - There is an added fee associated with EV charging at camp.

Arrival at Camp:
  - You will receive the combination to your cabin(s) several days prior to the reservation date.
 
  - Familiarize yourself with the cabin and its amenities.
 
  - Pets are allowed off-leash in camp.
 
  - Please use decks railings to dry personal items. Do not use clotheslines visible from other cabins or the road.
 
  - Respect the privacy of other renters in camp and refrain from visiting other renters uninvited unless absolutely necessary. 
 
  - The use of tents on camp property is not permitted unless prior authorization is granted.
 
During Your Stay:
  - Ensure car windows are rolled up to prevent animals from entering.
 
  - Store dry food in the refrigerator or mouse-proof containers.
 
  - The use of rodent poison or glue traps are strictly prohibited
 
  - Ensure screen doors are closed to keep out bugs and small animals.
 
  - Notify the President or Registrar immediately of any damages occurring before or during your stay.
 
Departure from Camp:
  - Pack all garbage and take it with you. Leaving trash behind is not permitted.
 
  - Sweep and mop the floors and ensure the camp is cleaner than when you arrived.
 
  - Close all windows.
 
  - Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off.
 
  - Leave one interior light switched on.
 
  - Lock all doors and reset the combination to 0000.
 
Safety Precautions:
  - Ensure you are prepared for winter camping if visiting during the colder months.
